Juliette Enser, interim Executive Director for Competition Enforcement at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) will give a talk about the future of competition law enforcement in the UK. This will be followed by a short Q&A session.

Juliette was appointed interim Executive Director for Competition Enforcement at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) in February of this year. Juliette is a member of the CMA’s senior executive team and an adviser to the Board. She leads the CMA’s Competition Enforcement function with the aim of tackling unlawful and damaging anti-competitive conduct for the benefit of people, businesses and the wider economy. Since joining the CMA from the OFT, Juliette has played a leading role in the development of its competition enforcement function over the last ten years. Prior to her career at the CMA, Juliette was a lawyer in private practice.
