This workshop is part of the Make Do Play series for KCLSU's Take Time In

Materials required: Please bring a couple of pens/pencils, some sheets of paper/sketchbook, and an open mind.

Type of interaction: This workshop will be predominantly "follow along" there will be an opportunity to share but this will be optional, and camera's and mic's will not be required.

Recording: This session will be recorded to form part of a video archive of creative activities, however this will be edited to remove all participant's contributions.

About

The workshop is part of a larger project in collaboration with Professor Francesca Happé, of the Social, Genetic and Developmental Psychiatry Centre (SGDP) – ''Taking a line for a walk'': exploring the space between intelligence, creativity, drawing, and neurodiversity. Taking a critical stance on the role of drawing in psychological testing for IQ and cognitive development, Peter is developing a library of playful drawing exercises, which promote a diversity of stylistic responses to novel challenges with no “right answers”. See more on the project here.
