CMP Conversations are seminars organised by the Culture, Medicine and Power Research Group that offer an intellectually lively and convivial space to explore current humanities and social science research on health, illness and medicine. Conversations happen around an idea or piece of written work, which is circulated to participants beforehand. As such, they are fora to experiment with initial ideas, sharpen emerging arguments, or refine more polished work. They are open to early career researchers, established scholars and students of the Department of Global Health & Social Medicine, as well as the wider research community.

If you would like to submit work to the group for discussion, join the conversation or seek more information, contact Jenn FraserPhilip Jagessar or Henry Llewellyn
