NEUROART Exhibition will take place on Friday 9 February 2024 at Workshop Space, Science Gallery London. The event will include a panel discussion titled “Amplifying Neurodivergent Voices in Research and Art”, followed by an art exhibition viewing.
NEUROART aims to provide a platform for neurodivergent people to share their living experience with neuroscientists who research topics relating to neurodevelopment and neurodiversity. To foster this dialogue, NEUROART has paired two neurodivergent artists with two neuroscientific researchers to explore overlapping interests and experiences. Resulting artwork from these interactions will be displayed at the event, alongside other pieces relating to neuroscience and neurodiversity.
NEUROART is supported by the UKRI MRC Centre for Neurodevelopmental Disorders, WOHL Cellular Imaging Centre and ADHD Research Lab, all based at King's College London, as well as Ness Labs and the British Neuroscience Association.
