This 45-minute Mindful Music concert aims to engage the audience with live music and participatory activities with a focus on mindful practice and listening.

Led by CLS players, this event aims to create a truly relaxed and shared concert experience that includes a programme of classical music presented in an informal style. Using the skills and knowledge of CLS players, the concert will draw on mindful practices in an accessible format, with music at the centre.

This is not a Chaplaincy-hosted event, but staff and students of King's are very welcome to attend.
