To celebrate Women's History Month & International Women's Day, King's Sport & Wellness are proud to host a week of free events and workshops aimed to maximise health and wellbeing.

This workshop will help you to plan exercise and training around your needs and empower you to understand why you might feel a particular way during the month.

We want to debunk common misconceptions, give you the facts and help you to be aware of the benefits of exercising on your period.

Free to attend, open to both King's Staff & Students.
