To celebrate Women's History Month & International Women's Day, King's Sport & Wellness are proud to host a week of free events and workshops aimed to maximise health and wellbeing.

This Women's Community Studio Workshop is focused on the Hip Thrust - an exercise that directly targets the largest muscle in the body.

Learn the technique and progressions of the exercise under the supervision of an experienced fitness coach.

Free to attend, open to both King's Staff & Students.
