To celebrate Women's History Month & International Women's Day, King's Sport & Wellness are proud to host a week of free events and workshops aimed to maximise health and wellbeing.

This Women's Community Studio Workshop, led by an experienced fitness coach, is designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills to safely and effectively execute two of the most essential exercises in lifting: the back squat and the deadlift.

Free to attend, open to both King's Staff & Students.
