Imaging Harassment - Creative workshops addressing campus sexual harassment

The Visual and Embodied Methodologies (VEM) Network is organising six new workshops. These will use creative methods to explore how we can use these to tackle sexual harassment on campus.

Your work will be part of our larger project seeking to understand how VEM can be used to enhance our understandings of gendered violence,from experiences of sexual harassment to resistance and activism.

No prior experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome, whatever your experiences, programme of study,gender identity, sexuality, and abilities.

Workshop schedule

  • 7th October: Photography, Bush House (SE) 1.01
  • 23rd October: Film
  • 11th November: Body-mind
  • 25th November: Body-mapping
  • 2nd and 13th December: Student-led workshops 

Workshops will take place on Mondays, 5-7pm in Bush House. All participants will receive renumeration for their time & contribution. Refreshments will be provided.
