You are invited to join the King's Alumni team for the fourth 'How To...' event of this academic year.
In this webinar, hear from three King’s Alumni who have pursued successful careers in the field of AI:
- Feargus MacDaeid (LLB Law, 2008): Feargus is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer for Definely, providing AI solutions to make legal documents easier and more accessible to produce, interpret, and understand.
- Romeo Radanyi (BSc Computer Science, 2012): Romeo is Vice President, Technology - Mergers & Acquisitions and Partnerships at Thomson Reuters.
- Sophie Shearer (BA English Literature, 2016): Sophie is currently a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Google DeepMind.
The session will explore how all industries can be using AI to make their work more effective and efficient, ask what the future of AI in the workplace could look like, and encourage you to think about how people from all academic backgrounds can pursue a career in the field. The discussion will be chaired by Professor Luca Viganò, Professor of Computer Science and Vice-Dean (Enterprise and Engagement) for the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical & Engineering Sciences.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in a Q+A session, get advice on your own journeys into AI, and share your thoughts about how AI can revolutionise the workplace.
