Following this, Professor George Michaelides and Duncan Jackson will provide you with a presentation on some of the latest research on competency scores. We will then proceed to a panel discussion involving representatives from research, consulting, and HR perspectives on problems and prospects for enhancing organizational evaluation procedures. The format is interactive and audience participation is encouraged.
