For 17 years Careers in China has been an effective way to meet high calibre students and graduates from some of the best universities in the world.

The Careers in China events programme is a partnership between The London School of Economics and Political Science and Imperial College London with participation from other leading universities.

This year we are proud to announce we will be joined by University of Cambridge, King's College London, Queen Mary University of London, and University College London.

2023-24 overview

Careers in China 2023-24 will take place across the academic year with:

  • a range of online recruitment presentations from employers in China during the Autumn term.
  • A range of career panel discussions featuring employees/alumni discussing specific sectors during the Spring Term 

All participating organisations will have the option to promote your opportunities with each institution. We also have a limited number of sponsor opportunities available to give your organisation additional exposure to our students.

Students attending

The Careers in China (Mainland and Hong Kong SAR) programme provide employers with the opportunity to meet top calibre students and graduates from prestigious UK universities. The students in attendance will be from a variety of subject disciplines and will represent a mixture of undergraduate and postgraduate students and graduates. This means that whatever your hiring needs, you’ll meet relevant students.
