-Coaching and Training: Equipping senior leaders with advanced coaching skills and tutoring them to become accredited coaches, fostering leadership that empowers others.
-Academic Research: As a non-stipendiary Research Associate, University of Oxford's Centre for Culture and Religion she merges academic rigor with practical application in leadership and culture.
With over two decades of experience in both the public and private sectors, Saiyyidah transitioned from a fast-tracked career to curate a purpose-driven portfolio. Her focus is on transformative leadership development and practice-based academic inquiry.
