You can access Unibuddy Community on desktop or through the Unibuddy app, available on both iOS and Android. Follow the instructions below to get started.

1. If you’ve received an offer to study with us for September 2025 entry, you will also receive an email from King’s, inviting you to join our Community. Select ‘Join now’ to get started.
   
   
2. Once you’ve logged in, click on the ‘Explore’ tab, scroll down to ‘Groups’ and join our ‘Welcome’ group to start chatting with other offer holders. You can join as many groups as you’d like, or even start your own!
   
   
3. If you’re having trouble accessing Unibuddy Community or if you haven’t yet received an email inviting you to join (this will typically be sent 10 days after you receive confirmation of your offer) then please get in touch with us at ambassador@kcl.ac.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

Are you already a Community user, perhaps at another university? You can log in as an existing user with the same details, go to your profile picture in the top corner, and click or tap 'switch Community' to see all the student communities you’re a part of.

To ensure that our community remains supportive and positive, we ask everyone to follow a few simple guidelines:

• No hate, harassment, or bullying - we are committed to creating a space where everyone feels safe and supported.
• No spam or self-promotion - let’s keep it relevant! Please avoid posting promotional content, irrelevant links, or unnecessary self-promotion.
• Think before you click - be cautious with links that aren’t posted by Admin, and always ensure they’re safe before engaging.
• Protect your privacy - for your own safety, avoid sharing sensitive personal information like phone numbers or addresses.
• Respect everyone’s privacy - we’re all here to connect and build a positive community, so we want to ensure we respect each other’s boundaries.

If these guidelines are not followed, and reported to us, it may affect your application to join King's College London.
