Please place your order directly with King's Venues if:

• You already have a room booking with King’s Venues
• You are hosting a VIP event
• Your event is likely to have more than 100 attendees.

To book catering for other events, use the menus below to select the items you require and then place your order using our online booking system.

We do our best to fill all orders as requested. However, there may be times when we need to supply alternative items.

We'll do our best to tell you about any changes in advance, but this may not always be possible when late changes are made to orders. 

Please note that staffing costs are inclusive (except on weekends and bank holidays).

Online booking

Please note that the notice period for online orders is three working days.

Restaurant vouchers are available for use in any King's Food outlet and orders should be placed by contacting King's Food.

 Please remember to include:

• The number and value of vouchers required
• The date they are to be used
• Your cost code (if you are internal to King's).

Vouchers are non-refundable.

King's Food can also provide packed lunch bags, which can be collected or delivered to a campus location of your choice.
