Please note, there is the requirement for students on the following courses to attend pre-sessional lectures at these specified times:

• MSc Economics & Policy – On each day of Welcome Week (Monday 15 - Friday 26 September 2025) there will be pre-sessional lectures which you are expected to attend for this programme.
• MA Political Economy – Throughout Welcome Week (Monday 15 - Friday 26 September 2025) , this programme has some pre-sessional lectures and sessions which you are expected to attend.
• MA Public Policy –This programme may include pre-sessional lectures throughout Welcome Week (Monday 15 - Friday 26 September 2025) which you are expected to attend.

Read your offer letter carefully. If there is anything you don't understand or want to question, please contact the Admissions Office through your King's Apply account.

If you decide to accept an offer from King's, in the spring and summer you will receive details of offer-holder webpages and events to help you make your decisions and prepare for your start at King’s.

The Department is a part of the largest concentration of scholars in the field of politics, public policy and international studies in Europe, with over 150 scholars. Our teaching and research recognises that the disciplines of Politics and Economics are inextricably linked.

We have partnerships with organisations such as the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, HM Treasury, the Governments of India and Brazil and the United Nations.
