Our residences are comfortable, safe, offer fantastic central London locations close to our campuses, provide facilities and services to suit all budgets and lifestyles, and are a great way to make new friends. King's residences offers guaranteed accommodation where King's is your firm choice (whether conditional or unconditional) for full-time courses, and students meet the criteria listed on our accommodation webpages.
King's also offers postgraduate-only residences at Vauxhall and City Vine Street, as well as a postgraduate social activity programme called GradPlus, where students can benefit from free peak membership to King's Sport & Wellness at Strand & Waterloo gyms, free wellness and sport activities, free on-site events and more.
