Please search for your chosen course of interest in the postgraduate course finder and navigate to the 'Fees & funding' section of the entry for all tuition fee details.
The fees listed on the postgraduate prospectus are for the first year of a course only - if your course continues into subsequent years, the fees for those years may differ. Most courses last more than a single year and it is therefore likely that tuition fees for your course will increase annually, reflecting the changes in costs of delivering your course and any changes in government policy or regulation.
Tuition fee increases may only sometimes apply to self-funding overseas fees status students, but not to home/EU fee status students as fees are subject to a cap imposed by regulatory requirements.
Where such increases are necessary, King's will publish the new fees on its website not less than 3 months’ notice before the start of the academic year to which the fee increase is intended to apply.
Any tuition fee increase for current students shall not exceed a 6% (six percent) increase (or in accordance with the preceding November’s rate of CPI if higher) on the previous academic year's tuition fee for the Course in question, subject at all times to the tuition fees not exceeding any cap imposed by Government from time to time. If you are studying your course online, outside of the UK and the provision of your course is subject to sales tax (GST) in your country of residence, then this will be added to your course fees. The rate of sales tax (GST) is determined by your country of residence at the date your invoice is raised, as set out in your student records. Where a student has to interrupt their study due to a) financial difficulty, b) serious health matters, or c) serious personal issues, the cap on fee increases will also apply for breaks of one year. Fee arrangements for longer breaks in study will be determined on a case by case basis.
King’s remains fully committed to being a multicultural, international university and our European students are a very important part of our community.
The UK government has confirmed that students from the EU, EEA or Switzerland will no longer be eligible for home fee status, and will instead pay the overseas tuition fee rate. Find out more on the UK government student support in England webpage.
Students who started their course in the 2020/21 academic year or earlier will still be liable for the home rate of tuition fees if they continue to meet the existing residency criteria.
EU, EEA and Swiss students who started their degrees in the 2020-21 academic year or earlier should be aware that some changes of circumstance (e.g. suspension of study) may lead to loss of entitlement for home-rate fees.

Terms of payment will vary depending on whether you are postgraduate or undergraduate, home or overseas and self-funded or sponsored.
Please note, you will be classified as "self funded" for any part of your fees which you, a friend or family member are paying.
If you have secured funding for your tuition fees from an external corporate body, your sponsor is invoiced for the fee directly and payment is due immediately.
For students in receipt of an award funded by King’s, arrangements will be made to ensure tuition fees are charged appropriately. In the event of a query, students should contact the office which issued the award offer letter.
Please note that we do not offer the option to make a tuition fee payment in pound sterling (GBP) with a non-UK issued card as these transactions are expensive to process.
