About the Institution

The University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno was founded on December 12, 1918 as a single-faculty university aimed at veterinary medicine. In the decades since, the university has grown to include ecology and pharmaceutical studies. Today, it is the only university of its type in the country. The university's campus sprawls over Brno, the second largest city in the Czech Republic.

Exchange places

The exchange agreement between King's and the University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brnoallows for up to 1 Full Year Equivalent (FYE) places for postgraduate students. This equates to 1 students going for a full academic year OR 2 students for a single semester.

Eligibility

Important: Final decision on your application rests entirely with the host institution and - unless you are a modern languages student - you will need to obtain a 60 percent average in your end of year exams in order to be able to go on the exchange programme. This exchange is for Dentistry students only.
