The Global Mobility team (who arrange studying abroad at King's) are a collaborative team of ten professional services staff working to create mobility opportunities for students at King's and worldwide.
As part of the Students and Education Directorate, we identify, promote and facilitate opportunities for students to be globally mobile, to study abroad and partake in overseas traineeships.
We work with both incoming students from overseas institutions and King's outgoing students, including those participating in bilateral agreements and the Erasmus+ programme. We work with academic departments, Schools and Faculties at King's to develop, promote and manage quality opportunities for King's students. We also initiate and maintain links with Higher Education institutions overseas and more recently, have developed opportunities for more staff to be internationally mobile.

The study abroad tutor is an academic member of staff within a department whose role it is to provide guidance to both incoming and outgoing study abroad students.
Commonly, one member of staff acts as both incoming and outgoing tutor, or the role may be separated, with a different staff member responsible for each distinct group.
Working closely with the Global Mobility Office, the study abroad tutor network not only provides vital academic support to participating students, but also plays an important role in creating and maintaining relationships with partner institutions.
Find out who your study abroad tutor is, and how to contact them on our internal study abroad tutor page (King's log in credentials required).
Please contact our exchange partnership officer via: exchange@kcl.ac.uk
Other partnership enquiries, unrelated to student exchanges, should be directed to the Global Engagement team. You can contact a specific member of staff on our Global Mobility staff webpage.
Should you wish to send the Global Mobility team partnership documentation, transcripts, promotional materials or other related documents, please use the following address: Global Mobility Office, Room K0.57, King's College London, Strand, London WC2R 2LS, UK.
