Applications for the Copyright Law Postgraduate Diploma are made via our distance learning partner, Informa Connect. For additional information and enquiries, find Informa's web and email addresses in the Contact Us box.
Our distance-learning UK, EU & US Copyright Law course will introduce you to the key principles of copyright law in several jurisdictions. These key principles relate to the requirements for copyright protection, ownership of copyright, economic rights and moral rights, and infringement of copyright. UK copyright law is examined in depth and this is compared and contrasted with US copyright law, French and German authors’ rights law and EU copyright law.
“The King’s comparative copyright diploma came highly recommended by a number of lawyers I’ve worked with over the years in the media industry and it didn’t disappoint. I’ve walked away with a better understanding of how US copyright law compares to EU and UK copyright law. This is exactly what I was looking for from a professional and academic perspective, plus I’ve received a diploma from a great university and met some fabulous people along the way, too.”
