How to pay my fees
All options available to pay your tuition and residence fees
Once your invoice is generated, you will be able to view and print a copy of your fee invoice and any respective balance left to pay at any time. This can be viewed by logging onto your Student Records portal and visiting your Student Fee Statement. We would always encourage students to start making payment towards your fees in advance of your fee due date.
Student RecordsAll students can make a payment toward their tuition fees at any time before the due date, and do not need to have an invoice to make a payment.
Your invoice will be issued at the start of December and is due in FULL by the 31 January.
You are welcome to make smaller, more easy to manage payments towards your fees before the invoice is generated. All we ask is that you have made sufficient payments to cover your full fee by the 31 January.
Your invoice will be issued around the second week of October and split into two equal instalments:
The invoice will be sent directly to the sponsoring organisation.
Payment of the invoice is due 30 days from the invoice date.
A student sponsored by a friend or relative will be regarded as responsible for their own fees (self-funded).
In the event of non-payment of part or all fees by the sponsoring organisation, the outstanding amount will be invoiced to the student and be payable within 14 days.
Your invoice will be issued around the second week of October and is due in FULL by 31 October.
Full payment of the course fee is required upon acceptance of the offer.
You will be sent an invoice for your module fee three weeks prior to the module start date.
Payment of the invoice must be received at least 7 days prior to module start date.
King's Digital online distance learning fees
Your invoice is due in two instalments but you are welcome to make smaller, more easy to manage payments towards your fees before the invoice is generated. All we ask is that you have made sufficient payments to cover your full fee by the due date.

Where the college is notified by Student Finance that you are receiving either a Postgraduate Master's or Doctoral Loan, then we will split any portion of tuition fees that you are responsible for, into equal instalments with due dates to match your loan disbursements.
The invoice is due in FULL 21 days from the date of the invoice.
Full payment is due up front upon acceptance of the offer.
If you have enrolled part-way through the academic year on courses starting January or later, you will be offered the option of two equal instalments, with the first due 14 days from the date of the invoice and the second instalment due three months later.
