Cutaneous T-cell lymphomas present a model for the malignant transformation of skin resident T-cells. We have a large tissue biobank with clinical outcome data which has allowed us to define the genomic landscape of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas. Translational themes are focused on correlating genomic data and clinical outcomes as well as the functional effects of specific gene variants. Our recent studies have clarified the environmental cause of transformation of skin resident T-cells. We are now planning to utilise algorithms to interrogate diagnostic WGS data on patients with advanced stages to identify better treatment options for patients with refractory disease.
