ExoView R200 Imaging Platform
The ExoView R200 pulls together fluorescence imaging and single particle interferometry to provide complete characterisation of viruses and exosomes. The automated platform provides previously unattainable information from both pure and crude samples, such as cell culture medium, plasma, CSF, urine, and saliva. It uses multiplexed affinity capture and surface and luminal marker colocalisation on single particles to provide biophysical and proteomic information at the single particle level. The ExoView requires only 50μl of diluted sample per chip and the automated plate washer reduces hands-on time and improves sample-to-sample reproducibility. The ExoView analysis software automatically flags errors, making it easier to exclude outliers or damaged capture spots. The report generator allows for simple collating of data in easy-to-understand formats with links to the raw data.
