In particular, ScanAsyst allows users with limited knowledge to quickly collect high quality images and data, acquired using PeakForce tapping. The Dimension features up to 100 micron x-y scans with a 8.5 micron z scan range .

This high performance instrument uses the latest ScanAsyst and Peak Force Tapping modes. The system retains an environmental chamber, motor controlled precision sample stage and a balanced air table to minimise floor born vibration.
