The Bruker D8 Advance Eco powder X-ray diffractometer provides analysis of polycrystalline powders and thin films. The diffractometer operates with copper radiation (Cu Kα = 1.5406 Å) at room temperature and maximum operating voltage and current of 40 kV and 25 mA. The diffractometer is equipped with an auto-changer sample stage that can perform diffraction measurements of nine different samples in an automated fashion.
