The Facility has a proven track record in this type of protein profiling work, involving both qualitative and relative quantitative comparisons between control and disease samples in biological matrices. We have expertise in analysing plasma, serum, cerebral spinal fluid, urine and saliva but we can analyse proteins and peptides from any complex biological sample.
