The Finance, Procurement, Strategic Planning and Analytics Directorate (FPSPA) is part of Professional Services. The Directorate is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategy at King's, including Vision 2029; for orchestrating business planning processes; for delivering student management information; and for providing support and advice to the University on all financial matters. 

The Directorate’s responsibilities include:

• Development and implementation of strategies and business plans
• Design and management of the annual Integrated Planning Process (IPP)
• Supporting data driven decision making
• Provision of strong financial leadership in all areas of activity undertaken by the University
• Provision of sound professional advice on all aspects of financial management
• Providing business intelligence, insight and analytics
• Oversight of statutory data reporting, including Government agencies such as HESA
• Asset creation including Power BI dashboards and a comprehensive online Report Catalogue containing over 90 user-controlled data apps and reports, all designed to assist staff with daily reporting requirements
