Regulation to assist academic staff in reaching and maintaining required standards of performance. This Regulation is made pursuant to the College's Ordinance relating to Dismissal, Grievance Procedures and Related Matters for Academic Staff.
This regulation applies to academic staff. Non-academic staff should refer to the Capability Policy and Procedure for Research, Teaching-only and Professional Services staff.
