Physics Outreach

We aim to foster interest in science and physics in the general public, and in particular to foster such interest in school-age students. The department is actively developing an international outreach programme building on some of the existing international projects that department members are working on. Several of these projects provide physics training and education to countries which, for a multitude of reasons, are lacking resources and manpower to conduct high level science research.
