NMES Grad School Open Day: Chemistry, Computer Science & Engineering

Online

Are you interested in doing a PhD in chemistry, engineering or computer science?

Join our King’s College London Faculty of Natural, Mathematical and Engineering Science (NMES) Graduate School Virtual Open Event on 21 November to learn about what it’s like to be a PhD student in our faculty, the different opportunities that are available in our departments of Chemistry, Engineering & Informatics, and how to apply.

This event will start with an introduction to the Faculty and the support and opportunities that both the NMES Graduate School and the King’s Doctoral College make available to PhD students, funding opportunities, admission tips and information for international applicants.

For the second half of the event, you will join the department specific session for either Chemistry, Engineering or Informatics (depending on the PhD area(s) you are interested in), where you will find out more about the different research areas PhD students in the department work on, what it’s like to be a PhD student in the department, and what supervisors look for in a good PhD application.

There will be plenty of time for questions, or if you have questions beforehand you can send these to nmes-pgr@kcl.ac.uk.

You can find out more about being a PhD student in the King’s Faculty of Natural, Mathematical and Engineering Sciences on our Graduate School webpage.

Register to attend the NMES Graduate School Virtual Open Day for Chemistry, Engineering and Informatics today.

If you’re interested in doing a PhD in Mathematics or Physics, join our NMES Graduate School Virtual Open Day on 2 December.
