Biography

Zoe is a Senior Programmes Officer in the Department of Chemistry. In this role she supports the crucial administrative activities that contribute to the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate Chemistry programmes.

Zoe joined King’s College London in September 2022 as a Programmes Officer and has two years of higher education experience from New Zealand.

Zoe holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington and is due to complete a Master of Management in October 2023.

Responsibilities:

  • Support with exams and exam board administration
  • Co-ordinate timetabling, student module registrations and assessments
  • Maintenance of accurate student data
  • Supporting Senior Tutor with students of concern and personal tutor administration
  • Department Education Committee (DEC) Secretary
  • Resolve low-level complaints
