Biography

Yuyun (Ana) Li is a PhD student at the Brazil Institute at King’s College London. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked as a policy analyst at the Fudan Development Institute and is currently a part-time researcher at the Office for Latin American Studies at the Institute of International Studies, Fudan University.

She holds an MSc in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford (2024), an MA in Translation Studies from the University of Lisbon (2019), and a BA in Foreign Languages from Macau University of Science and Technology (2016).

Her research interests focus on the evolving dynamics of the Global South and the intricate interconnections that shape contemporary international politics, with a particular emphasis on Brazilian foreign policy, China-Brazil relations, and BRICS.
