Wol Kolade CBE has joined the Digital Futures Institute Advisory Council as a Member in 2024.

He holds a BEng in Civil and Structural Engineering from King's College London and an MBA from the University of Exeter.

Wol joined Livingbridge in 1993 and has led the business since 1998. He was previously a Chair of the BVCA and the Chair of the Guys and St Thomas' Foundation. In 2018, he was appointed as an NED of NHS England & Improvement and is now Deputy Chair.

Wol is a co-founder of the 10,000 Black Interns Initiative.

He received an honorary doctorate from the University of Exeter in 2014 and a CBE for services to Financial Services in the Queen’s 2021 Birthday Honours. Wol became the 25th inductee into the “Private Equity Hall of Fame” in September 2021.
