Biography
Project Title: Artificial Intelligence and Service-Sales Ambidexterity in the Frontlines

William Shiue is a PhD candidate in Marketing at the King's Business School, King's College London, UK. William regularly conducts research in multiple disciplines: artificial intelligence (AI), service-sales ambidexterity, and multiple criteria decision analysis.
He has published in Industrial Marketing Management, Management Decision, and Journal of Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis. He has presented his research in various academic conferences, including American Marketing Association Academic Conference, Strategic Management Society Annual Conference, INFORMS International Conference, and British Academy of Management Conference.
His research on service-sales ambidexterity was featured on the Staff News of the King's Business School. Finally, he has served as a journal reviewer for International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Manpower, Management Decision, and Journal of Cleaner Production.
