Biography

Victoria is a PhD student at the NIHR Policy Research Unit in Health and Social Care Workforce in the Policy Institute at King's, where she previously completed her NIHR Pre-Doctoral Local Authority Fellowship placement. Victoria's PhD will explore the policy and practice implications of working towards better data for Adult Social Care. Her research will be informed by transdisciplinary data justice themes and data ethnography. Victoria holds degrees in social anthropology and applied social studies and is an experienced qualified social worker.

Victoria also supports Adult Social Care practice development activities for Camden Council, working closely with the Principal Social Worker for Adults. Victoria’s NIHR Doctoral Local Authority Fellowship award is hosted by Camden Council in partnership with King's.
