Biography
Project Title: Beyond The Surface: An Ethical Naturalism for the Postcapitalist Society

Vasileios is a PhD student in Political Philosophy at King’s Business School, King’s College London. His research focuses on the potential reconciliation between Marx’s collectivism and Nietzsche’s individualism through a social ontological framework, exploring the implications such a reconciliation might hold for the concept of a ‘good’ society. In addition to his research, Vasilis teaches the course Social Science and Modern Business to first-year Business Management undergraduate students. His doctoral studies are supported by the King’s Business School Doctoral Research Studentship.Vasilis is also a member of the Cambridge Social Ontology Group and the Contemporary Marxism Research Group. Prior to joining King’s, he earned a Master of Arts in Global Political Economy from Leiden University and a Master of Science in Political Theory from the University of Amsterdam.
