As Associate Director (Careers Education), Vanessa leads the strategic planning, development and oversight of King's work to embed employability and careers education into the heart of student experience in their programmes and faculty.

She works with faculty leadership to provide consultancy and support for their aspirations and oversees our Careers Consultants who deliver information, advice and guidance to our users.

Vanessa is a member of the Education & Students Leadership Team and deputises for the Senior Associate Director (Careers & Employability).

Vanessa joined King's in January 2022 having previously worked at a number of other University of London colleges.
