Project Title: Exploring the Attitude of Workplace Diversity and Artificial Intelligence on Employee Satisfaction and Retention in Higher Education

Turkiah is a PhD student at King’s Business School, where her research explores the transformative impact of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies on essential aspects of business and education. She is particularly interested in understanding how AI reshapes core practices and policies, both in corporate and educational settings. Beyond her primary research, Turkiah is engaged in interdisciplinary studies that address critical issues at the intersection of Management, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and educational policy. Her work aims to bridge gaps between technology and human-centered practices, providing insights that can inform both policy and practice in diverse organizational contexts.
