Biography

Tofunmi joined the Cicely Saunders Institute in July 2019 as a Research Assistant on the EMBED-Care, which intends to improve palliative care for people with dementia. Tofunmi started as PhD Training Fellow in January 2020. His research focuses on developing and evaluating a person centred outcome measure to enhance shared decision-making between people with dementia living at home, their family carers and care professionals.

Tofunmi is part of the Patient and Public Involvement executive group at the Cicely Saunders Institute.
