Biography
Tisha is a Research Assistant and PhD student in the Department of Women's & Children's Health. Prior to joining King's in 2020, she completed her undergraduate degree in Genetics and Neuroscience from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, and a master's degree in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Her current research includes health systems and service delivery, focusing on health inequalities in maternity care. Her PhD project is investigating the impact of health-system shocks on care-seeking behaviour among pregnant women from under-served groups in South London.
