Biography
Dr Sunniva Fenn-Moltu is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Forensic and Neurodevelopmental Sciences at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King’s College London. She holds a PhD in Neuroscience and an MRes in Biomedical and Translational Sciences from King’s College London, as well as a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Glasgow.
Her research explores early brain development and its role in shaping individual differences and neurodiversity. As part of the Brain Imaging in Babies Study, she uses functional MRI to investigate how brain organization and dynamics emerge in infancy and relate to later neurodevelopmental profiles, with a focus on children at increased likelihood of neurodevelopmental conditions.
Additionally, she works with high-resolution 7T fMRI and naturalistic stimuli to study dynamic functional brain activity in neurodivergent adult populations, and how brain dynamics are influenced by sensory stimuli.
