Biography
My experience in the ageing arena. I’m a Senior Research Fellow with the Advanced Care Research Centre and lead its project, Understanding Care Transitions. My background is in the anthropology of community health, which has always involved working collaboratively with research participants.
The impact I’d like to make as part of the HWL programme. It is my hope that HWL and its relationship with the VOICE public engagement platform, will contribute to the workforce’s “effective voice”, which can then go on to impact working lives, the continuing quality of care, and improving the professional status of frontline care staff.
