Biography
My experience in the ageing arena. My areas of interest in the ageing and wider design arean include research-through-design, wearable technologies, tangible interfaces, participatory service design, the Person-Centred Approach as an ethical participatory design framework, and design for mental health and wellbeing.
The impact I’d like to make as part of the HWL programme. As a Fellow of Edinburgh Futures Institute, I am leading on the collaborative development of an innovative design curriculum and research initiative and expect HWL to open up the design of data-driven futures to diverse communities and stakeholders.
