Biography

Sanjana completed her MSc in Clinical Neurodevelopmental Sciences at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience in September 2022. She was awarded the Sackler Prize for Best Dissertation for her masters dissertation exploring the association between cardiac autonomic activity, emotion recognition and alexithymia in individuals with Autistic traits.

Thereafter, Sanjana joined the Department of Forensic and Neurodevelopmental Sciences at King's College London as a Research Assistant on the Longitudinal European Autism Project (LEAP). She is also the Research Assistant Representative for ECR network on Respect 4 Neurodevelopment.

Prior to her MSc, Sanjana completed a Diploma in Clinical Research and a BA in Psychology from St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai, India.
