Yeoh Tiong Lay Early Career Fellow

Biography

Dr Nikhil Venkatesh is the Yeoh Ting Lay (YTL) Early Career Fellow at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London.

He previously taught in the Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He completed his PhD in philosophy at University College London and also studied at the University of Michigan and Corpus Christi College, Oxford.

His research focuses on utilitarianism and socialism, aiming to bring the two traditions together in a way that sheds light on contemporary social issues and fundamental ethical questions.
