Munira joined the Cicely Saunders Institute in January 2025 as a Research Assistant. She is nearing the completion of her PhD at the University of Plymouth, where her research focused on co-producing healthcare guidance and resources for children and young people with Ataxia Telangiectasia. Munira is a mixed-methods researcher with a background in social work and healthcare research. Her research interests include improving the care and quality of life of children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
