Biography

Dr Mona Sriharan is a Consultant Radiologist at Princess Royal University Hospital since 2013 and has, in this time, served as the Radiology Governance Lead and Care Group Outcomes Lead. A change agent at heart, she has also served as the Clinical Transformation Lead for Outpatients Services and having supported services with implementing the NHS Elective Recovery Plan. She has been the Site Lead for the QI Programme at PRUH since the programme’s inception and has been involved with supervising QI students and delivering lectures on QI related learning for students and supervisors. She also teaches on service improvement at Canterbury Christchurch University and the Pan London Radiology Training Programme. As an alumna of GKT School of Medicine, she is keen to see medical students grow to be resilient and empathetic medical leaders of the future, equipped with practical tools for service improvement and the ability to function effectively in any team.
