Biography
Jeffrey H Michaels is a Visiting Research Fellow in the School of Security Studies. He is currently based at the Institut Barcelona Estudis Internacionals (IBEI) where he is the IEN Senior Fellow for American Foreign Policy and International Security. Earlier experience included working as a Senior Lecturer in Defence Studies at King’s College London, as well as serving as an official with NATO and the US Defense Department. He also holds a Visiting Fellowship with the Changing Character of War Centre, Pembroke College, Oxford.
