Biography
Marice Lunny is the Director of Research Governance, Ethics and Integrity, King’s College London. In this role she leads the governance, ethics, integrity, international regulations and culture teams, ensuring that research conduct at King’s is safe, lawful, and of the highest standard of integrity and rigour. Together with her teams Marice develops and implements policies, processes, systems, training and initiatives to support the research community in the ethical and lawful conduct of their research and to enable our researchers to thrive and feel valued.
She joined King's in 2013 as Research Integrity and Ethics Manager, progressing to Head of Research Policy and Ethics in 2015 and then her current role in 2018. Marice previously worked in Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) R&D Office where she was Senior Research Governance Manager since 2012. Prior to joining GOSH, Marice worked in Queen’s University Belfast since 2006 in the Research Governance Office as a Research Governance Officer and then Research Governance Manager.
Marice holds an MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Ulster, and a BSc in Food Science from Queen’s University Belfast.
